Faith Watkins is a graduate of the Natural Epicurean Academy of Culinary Arts in Austin, Texas. She spent a year volunteering at the Kushi Institute kitchen in Becket, Massachusetts working with experienced macrobiotic chefs. She completed three years of macrobiotic leadership training program at the Kushi Institute and spent two years in Madagascar, Africa in the Peace Corps. Faith has also attended Chiang Mai Thai Cookery School in Thailand. Her goal is to create healthy, delicious, and satisfying vegan/vegetarian meals for the whole family using her understanding of macrobiotic principles.

Brooke currently offers whole foods, plant-based nutrition and cooking classes for the pregnancy, breastfeeding, baby, and toddler years.
Practitioner Bio: 
Brooke has a long-standing interest in foods and lifestyle practices that heal the body, promote spiritual peace and awareness, and serve the well-being of the planet. To that end she studied Ecology at Rhodes College, Permaculture in Austin, TX, and the energetics and healing qualities of natural foods at the Natural Epicurean Academy of Culinary Arts. Brooke is currently a teacher at the Natural Epicurean Academy of Culinary Arts, developed teacher's manuals for the school, and aided in curriculum development for new classes. She and her mother own La Grande Vita, a company devoted to providing whole food, plant-based classes, recipes, and support. Brooke's specialty within the company is teaching classes for the Pregnancy, Breastfeeding, and Child-Raising Years. Brooke is continually inspired by the experiences of her students and the teachings of her own children, Aurielle, 8, and Bruce, 1. She speaks to food preparation and the nutritive value of all foods from both eastern and western perspectives, inviting students to experience the joyful, transformative effects of whole foods.Natural foods classes in your home.
